Mentoring Application

RISE mentor responsibilities:

• Communicate all Mentee concerns to the RISE Program Director as soon as possible.
• Meet with RISE Mentee at least once per semester and correspond/communicate with Mentee at least once per week.
• Immediately inform the RISE Program Director of inability to continue to serve as a Mentor.
• Complete the RISE End of the Year Program Evaluation.
• Regularly check email, RISE Google calendar, and RISE Facebook Group for program updates, events, and announcements.
